The Williams Studios

Subject to availability.

Each studio-flat has its own kitchen equipped with an oven, a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle and a washing machine. There is a small dinning table with two chairs either located in the kitchen area or the living area. The bedroom/living area has a double bed, bedside tables, a TV and a large fitted wardrobe with plenty of storage. The bathroom has a shower and or bathtub, a toilet and a sink.
 
Kitchen utensils/equipment are provided.
 
Cleaning – Students are responsible for keeping their studio-flat clean.
Laundry – Students are responsible for their own laundry (washing machine located in the kitchen).
Bedding – Pillows and a quilt provided. Student should buy double bed sets (fitted sheets, quilt cover & 2 pillowcases).
Meals – Meals are not included.
No pets.
Wifi and bills included.
Distance from school – Approximately 30/35 minutes via public transport.

Cleaning charge

Short stays ,up to 4 weeks – £20.00 per week (1.5 hr clean per week)

Longer stays, 5 weeks + – £40.00 per month (2 hour clean per month)
– these times may vary (-/+) depending on condition.

£200 security deposit must be paid before arrival.  This is refundable after departure if accommodation is left clean, tidy and in good condition.

When a residence does not supply bedding and kitchen equipment we can arrange for kitchen and bedding packs to be delivered to the residence prior to the student’s arrival.  The Kitchen and bedding packs are ordered through UniKitOut.
