Why Learn English Online? Student Case Study, Eugenia
Eugenia lives in the beautiful Italian city of Palermo. She started her online English course with IH Manchester in November 2020. Unfortunately, due to the pandemic, Eugenia was not able to continue working at her usual job. She decided to use her time at home as productively as possible by taking an English lessons two hours a day, four days a week with us. The flexibility and convenience of online English lessons are perfect for Eugenia. Being a busy mum so she can fit her English lessons around her family life.
Eugenia particularly enjoys the online lessons, live from Manchester, because of learning English with a native teacher. Our live online lessons also give Eugenia the opportunity to interact with her international classmates, who are both in school and online.
Eugenia previously spent a year living in the UK and hopes to use her English skills as she moves forward, either as a translator, or her ultimate dream is to own her own B&B at home in Palermo. She explained how important it would be to able to speak English when working within the hospitality industry, making international tourists feel welcome at her B&B.
