We all need peace of mind right now. You need to know that if you book English lessons, but have to cancel before you travel, due to Covid related reasons, that you can cancel and get your money back.
So, if you cancel, up to 7 days before your arrival date, a full refund will be given. This is if you are cancelling because you can’t travel to the UK due to COVID-19 OR you decide not to take part in the course due to COVID-19 restrictions in place in the UK.
Or, you may wish to simply postpone your English course. To delay your start date so that you can travel when things are back to normal. So, IH Manchester also allows students to postpone their English course for up to 12 months.
Also, at IH Manchester we believe that you should be able to know how long it will take you to arrive at the level of English that you need or want. So, when we have tested your level and you have told us what your target level is, we will tell you how many weeks it will take you to achieve your goal. And we guarantee that it won’t take you longer.
If you do not reach your target level in the time that we promise, we will give you free lessons until you do.
