About Hosting

We are a well-established English language school based in Manchester city centre. Our students come from all over the world. They are usually aged 16 or over, and they stay in Manchester for between 1 week and 1 year.

Many of our students ask to stay with local people, so that they can learn more about Manchester life and culture at first hand. Many of our students and hosts become life-long friends. Our hosts are all different – single people, families with children, younger or older – it doesn’t matter.

The most important thing is that you enjoy meeting new people and that you can make our students feel like part of your family during their stay with you. You choose when and who you want to host . You are in control. We work closely with our homestay hosts, and our Accommodation Manager is here to help you with any questions that you might have, either before hosting or during the student’s stay.

We currently pay from £175 per week for standard accommodation (single bedroom and shared bathroom) or from £220 per week if you can provide a bedroom with a private bathroom/ shower room. Come and join our friendly team.
